See below for an agenda update. Celebrate Maple Weekend at Soukup Farms by learning the process of tapping trees and turning the sap into syrup, and feasting on not only pancakes but also maple pulled pork, maple baked beans, maple-glazed biscuits, and other delicacies. 

Breakfast is available 9:00 am to 1:00 pm; tours and tastings are offered 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Update from the farm as of 3/13: "After a great deal of consideration we have decided to limit this year's Maple Weekend activities: - We will not be holding our usual buffet breakfast. - We will continue to offer a reduced menu available for pickup inside. - The farm store will remain open for tours and sales. - We are making available order pickup for store items purchased through our website. We will keep everyone posted if there are any more developments as we get closer to Maple Weekends."
