iCAMP STEAM Summer Camps

0

iCAMP’s summer camp has the familiar format and feel of a traditional day camp but is designed to genuinely teach campers about STEAM topics. Your camper build skills and get creative while learning about coding, art, drones, 3D printing, video game design, science, engineering, sustainability, and more.

Real teachers are recruited based upon their experience, passion for teaching, and ability to make projects engaging. A staff to camper ratio of 4:1 or better ensures campers truly learn and are supported during fun, project-based activities. Of course, it is summer, so they will spend plenty of time outside learning about nature, getting fresh air, and playing summer camp games.

Campers (ages 5-13) rotate through exciting workshops every day:

  • Software technology (e.g. coding or video game design)
  • Hardware technology (e.g. 3D printing or drones)
  • Art and design
  • Natural science
  • Science experiments and engineering challenges
  • Summer camp games
  • Passion Projects
  • Lunch/recess
  • Free tech-time

iCAMP’s Junior summer camp program for ages 3-4 is a hybrid between a STEAM preschool and a traditional summer camp.

The daily schedule includes:

  • Circle time
  • Summer camp games
  • Music and movement
  • Alphabet and numbers art
  • Engineering exploration
  • Story time
  • Little Einsteins, fun with science
  • Lunch/recess
  • Choice time

Join iCAMP by the week or for the whole summer! Each week the activities are engaging for both new and returning campers. Visit our website for more information about camps NYC, Westchester, and the Hamptons.
