Taught by experts, activities include swimming (instructional/recreational), sports, fine and performing arts, outdoor adventure, nature, STEM, lake, and special events.

Your child will become an unforgettable part of the camp's story. Using an in-depth assessment combined with competitive games and puzzles, the Launch Learning program is tailor-made to fully engage every individual student. And if enrichment is not enough for your child’s needs, Launch provides intensive homework help and test prep through the One-2-One Math private tutoring program.

It all starts at Launch’s flagship center on 81st Street where incredibly small class sizes provide students with unmatched attention. KIms Kids Summer Camp

0

Kim's Kids Summer Camp is a travel day camp with a program that children adore. Celebrating our 32nd season, we are a physically active, nature oriented camp for ages 4-1/2 to 11. We take trips every day, traveling throughout New York City and it's surrounding regions. Activities include swimming in an icy pool along the Palisades or a secluded lake in New Jersey; hiking wooded trails clambering over rocks and fallen trees; racing through sprinklers in assorted New York City playgrounds; visiting the special exhibits and rides at the Bronx Zoo; searching for frogs and turtles in a Staten Island pond; riding a water slide at Sesame Place; walking across the Brooklyn Bridge to have lunch in Chinatown; among many others. It is an active outdoor agenda of hiking, swimming, running, climbing, exploring and children love it.

A unique feature of Kim's Kids is our flexible schedule. A child may attend three, four or five days a week as well as three, four, five or six weeks. This is particularly valuable for younger children who might find a full program tiring or families who have a vacation scheduled in the middle of the summer. Parents, who want their children to have a camp experience but cannot afford a full program, find the reduced schedule economical. An early drop-off and late pickup program if offered.

All groups are led by mature and experience adults, mostly teachers, giving children the opportunity to be physical and free, within a safe and well supervised environment. They are assisted by at least 2 teenagers.

Kim's Kids is located at PS 321 in Park Slope, Brooklyn. See our website for more information: www.KimsKidsCamp.com
