Life Time hosts a mid-day family experience amidst the beauty of Central Park, including a sprint through the NYC Triathlon's finish line.

Kids and Family Schedule:

11am - Kids check-in
11:30am - Kids run warm-up
11:45am - Walk/jog to kids dash start
12pm - Kids dash through Finish Line 1
2:30pm - Walk/jog back to Bandshell
12:30 - 1:30pm - Kids and family dance/yoga
1 - 2pm - Kids' activities
