Downtown Huntington beach offers free spooky fun for families this Halloween, including trick-or-treating at participating businesses.

Highlights of the Surf City Spooktacular include the "Monster March" costume parade at 5pm, and the HB Downtown Halloween Costume Contest at 5:30 pm:

Kids can meet & greet to grab a treat from representatives from HB Fire Department, HB Police Department, Marine Safety, Republic Services, and more.

Trick or treating is from 4pm to 6pm.
