Enjoy an evening exploring the foods found in communities that live along the Inka Road of South America.

Between chef demonstrations, visitors can enjoy the music of RAYMI, an Andean group playing traditional instruments. Explore the exhibition The Great Inka Road after hours with special talks from museum staff about farming and cooking along the Inka Road, and the engineering behind the stunning suspension bridges that allow travelers to move food along the Inka Road to this day.
