These kids can't stay up until midnight (nor do we want them to), but they can still celebrate the holiday with a Noon Year's Eve party at the Cerritos Library. Library staff host a craft time, storytime, and games and then count down to 12:00 (pm) on New Year's Eve. 

No registration necessary. 

Masking is optional.
