Family Free Day Celebrating Latin GRAMMYs’ 25th Anniversary
Latin GRAMMY-award winning band Intocable sponsors a family free day at the Grammy Museum, located in LA Live. The first 300 visitors on Family Free Day also receive tacos on the Ray Charles Terrace, and parking vouchers*.
This special event highlights the influence and artistry of Latin music with special panel discussions, live mariachi music, salsa dancing lessons, and a special performance by Lucky Diaz and the Family Jam Band.
The celebration opens with the Mariachi Tierra Mia band, followed by a panel on diversity in Latin music with singer Estevie, singer Carla Morrison, bass player Oskar Cartaya, Yvonne Drazan (VP of the Latin division at Peermusic), and Afro-Peruvian folk dance artist Nadia Calmet in the Clive Davis Theater moderated by Claudia Brant.
After lunch, Leslie Ferreira from 3rd Street Dance Studio teaches a salsa lesson on the Ray Charles Terrace. The day concludes with Lucky Diaz and the Family Jam Band.
*Parking vouchers are for the L.A. Live East Garage only
