Coniglio’s officially opened its doors with a well-attended Grand Opening celebration in January 2025. Formerly known to the Three Village community as 16 Round, the pizzeria now operates under new ownership. However, guests will still find the same friendly, courteous staff they’ve come to know and love.

Next door is a private event space, affectionately called "Coniglio's--The Rabbit Hole".  Coniglio’s has expanded on its well-known, crowd-pleasing menu to include delicious vegan options and an irresistible array of desserts. Off to a great start, this small venue hosts up to 35 guests and has hit the ground running, offering Kids' Pizza-Making Parties. 

Best known for its signature wood-fired pizza topped with fresh mozzarella made in-house daily, Coniglio’s (which means “rabbit” in Italian) offers both dine-in and take-out service. Customers can also order through all major digital platforms and EZ Cater.  Coniglio's has hosted nearly a dozen pizza-making parties since January, and the kids (as well as the parents) have raved about the quality of the party from start to finish. 

The kids' pizza-making parties include printed invitations for our clients to fill out and send out, chef hats and aprons (which guests decorate as part of the party experience), the pizza ingredients, take home box, music via WIFI speaker, party host/pizza-making pro, soda, lemonade and ice tea.  Choose a Friday night, Sat AM or PM, or Sunday AM or PM. $30/pp + minimal room rental fee. 2-2.5 hour parties.  Coniglio's offers DJ's/entertainer and photogaphers (as well as a Shutterfly book as a momento) at an additional cost if clients would like to add these services to their party experience.
