Calling all ghosts and goblins, come dressed to impress as the Museum celebrates Halloween! Join in for a spooky good time complete with a performance by Mariachi Tapatio de Alvaro Paulino and a ghoulish glowing dance party

Hands-On Station: Creepy Crawlers
10:00am–4:30pm | All ages
Can you face your fears and touch a hissing cockroach or a superworm? Test your courage and see what happens!

X-Ray Drawing
10:30am–1:30pm | All ages
What do your bones look like? Observe real skeletons, and use your imagination to draw an x-ray of your own hand or body!

A Slithering Tale
11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, & 4:00pm | All ages
Hear a reading of a snakey storybook, then touch a real, live snake from the Museum's living collection. (Doors open 5 minutes before the reading, and close 5 minutes after it begins. Each session runs approximately 20 minutes.)

Little Monsters Jam
11:30am–12:30pm & 2:30–3:30pm | Ages 5 and under
Dance to monster music, and create a spook-tacular trick or treat bag.

Touch Tank
11:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, & 3:30pm | All ages
Drop by for a chance to touch a slimy or spiky creature from the salty seas.

Hands-On Skulls Station
1:00–1:30pm & 4:00–4:30pm | All ages
Drop by for a special chance to touch real animal skulls from the Museum's collections, and guess which animals they come from.

Celebrate Dia de los Muertos with Brooklyn’s own Mariachi Tapatio de Alvaro Paulino! Join these passionate musicians in the beauty and splendor of traditional Mexican mariachi music.
