Camp Hudson3

Camp Hudson Cubed is a summer day camp for grades K-3 run by Curious-on-Hudson and Hudson Lab School. Children split their days between Tinkering Outdoors, Making Indoors, and Connecting with Nature.

In the spirit of Gever Tully’s Tinkering School, kids work on large-scale, collaborative group projects—ideating, designing, and building an ambitious tinkering project that captures the excitement and fun of invention.

In the indoor maker space, kids choose among tech and tactile activities like art, coding, blogging, circuitry, engineering, storytelling, reading, robotics, and hand-made projects.

Kids also connect with the environment through immersive exploration of wooded groves, games in open fields, and gardening, where they learn about food and sustainability.

With the freedom to fail, the time to persevere, and constraints to breed creativity and foster problem-solving, kids learn to trust themselves and their curiosity at Camp Hudson Cubed.
