The Railroad Museum of New England and Naugatuck Railroad are proud to partner with Operation Toy Train and the United States Marine Corps to benefit the Toys for Tots Foundation. We'll be running a special train and stopping at four points along our line, collecting toys to bring the joy of Christmas to less fortunate youth.

We're encouraging our passengers, friends, and neighbors to visit one of these stops to donate a new toy (no wrapping paper, please!) to be collected by our train. All the toys we collect will be delivered to the Marines and redistributed within the collection area, keeping your donations local and benefitting less fortunate children in our neighborhoods. 

The schedule for the 2023 Toys for Tots Train includes stops in:

• Waterbury: 44 Chase River Road, behind Fascia's Chocolates; 12 pm - 12:30 pm
• Thomaston Station: 242 East Main Street, Thomaston; 1 pm - 1:30 pm
• East Litchfield: 70 East Litchfield Road, just east of Johnson Road/Exit 42 on Route 8; 2 pm - 2:45 pm
• Torrington: 170 Water Street, Torringon, next to Alfredo's Deli; 3-4 pm
