Rose Tree Park is a sprawling all-ages spot.

Featuring a climbing tower, swings, and bridges, the $2 million project utilized public feedback, which emphasized accessibility and inclusivity. There are two separate areas to play on— the larger structure is designed for ages 5-12 and there's also a designated area for smaller kids, age 2-5. The new playground is huge and features accessible swings, a see-saw, and several slides, all surrounding a huge climbing tower. This playground provides hours of fun and is sure to be a destination for Delco parents to close out the summer months. You're going to love this playground because your kids can play on it for hours without getting bored while you sit and relax with friends. Even if you don't live closeby, it's worth the drive!

Additionally, Rose Tree County Park has expanded the pedestrian mall to improve walkability for festivals and special events. There are also brand new walkways connecting the rear parking lot and the amphitheater, where Rose Tree Park hosts its annual Summer Festival Concerts. The park has also added new landscaping and improved stormwater management making it easier to access in all weather.
