Governors Island hosts a day full of free cel­e­bra­tions, cul­mi­nat­ing in a par­tic­i­pa­to­ry lantern parade. Head over to Colonels Row for food, fire pits, and games, along with DJ sets from the Low­er East­side Girls Club.
