Weekend Fun for Westchester Kids: Eaglefest, Berenstain Bears Live

Things to Do

So much fun, both indoors and outdoors, awaits Westchester and Hudson Valley families this weekend!

The biggest headliner is the annual Hudson River Eaglefest, a multi-site event that celebrates the eagle’s return to Westchester, with viewing points up and down the river and various attractions. Other outdoor, seasonal fun includes Maple Sugaring, where families can tap trees to learn how syrup is made.

Take the fun indoors at either of two performances: The Berenstain Bears Live brings the popular storybook characters to life on stage, while the Westchester Philharmonic Friends & Family Concert offers an instrument petting zoo, where kids can handle instruments and meet their players. Animal Embassy: Love Is in the Air is just one of the many FREE Valentine’s Day programs we’ve rounded up for you.
