The Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum is celebrating its 30th anniversary on the Fourth of July with an evening of play, a front-row viewing of the fireworks, plus pre-fireworks anniversary festivities at the museum.

Purchase a pass for on-site parking, which includes museum admission for all occupants. Members pay $40 per car; non-members, $50. Borrow a picnic table for $20 or just visit the museum for $10 per person.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Regular Museum hours: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm (note early closing)
  • Special-event hours: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm with fireworks to follow
