- see all dates
The Thomas Cole National Historic Site serves as a stunning backdrop for this springtime walking tour, light, and sound show on the grounds of the historic home of the renowned painter and nature lover. Kids under 13 receive a complimentary luminary lantern.
Reserve timed tickets in advance. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Masks and social distancing required. Rain or shine (except in severe weather conditions).
The gravel path may get muddy. Strollers and wheelchairs may not be advisable.
Free admission to Spring Lights is available on Fridays to families with K-12 students in the Greene or Columbia County public school systems and to Catskill Public Library card holders.
Editor's note: While we are trying to promote safer activities that occur outdoors or with social distancing guidelines in place, please keep your family and others safe by always wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. If you arrive at an event that appears too crowded, try using the “nearby” search feature on our Event Calendar to find something else to do.
