Pumpkin Planting Workshop

Sat Jun 18, 2022
9:00am to 12:00pm ET
all ages

In this hands-on demonstration and workshop, participants learn the process of preparing a pumpkin patch for the season ahead. Participants transplant sprouts into the farm's fields and learn about the varieties and preferences of their favorite gourds, from tiny and decorative to robust and delicious.

All participants leave with pumpkin vine starts and a voucher for the U-Pick Pumpkin patch in the early fall!

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult participant.

The farm property is open all day for walks and exploring, as well as picnicking on the lawn.
