The annual children's costume parade on Main Street begins near Monroe College’s Main Hall and ends with treats at Ruby Dee Park. Parade participants can enjoy treats, games, DJ-spun tunes, and Halloween photo-ops. Afterward, families can take advantage of special Halloween meal deals offered by downtown New Rochelle restaurants. 

Full schedule:

  • 9:30am: Lineup begins at Monroe College’s Main Hall (Main Street near Harrison Street)
  • 10am: Parade begins route to Memorial Highway entering into Library Green’s Ruby Dee Park
  • Post Parade: Free Treats Fest for parade participants at Library Green’s Ruby Dee Park
  • Post Treats Fest: Enjoy special lunch meal deals at New Ro Downtown restaurants
