Moms can enjoy a free Moms in Motion workout class at Clubfit Briarcliff on November 18th. Free childcare nursery available while Mom enjoys the class. This a great opportunity for local moms to socialize while your little one is being cared for the in the nursery, and in the meantime get a great workout in!
