Moms can enjoy a free baby bootcamp class at Clubfit Briarcliff on November 4th. Free childcare nursery available if you wish to take the class without your little one. For your baby to participate, the age range is from 6 weeks to 8 months. 

Refreshments are included in the cafe after the class for the moms to socialize and enjoy a bit of Mom time with littles, or while your little one is being cared for the in the nursery.
