Dive into the magic of The Nutcracker at this free youth dance workshop, no experience is necessary; just a passion for movement! The workshop concludes with an in-studio showing of student creations, along with special performances of Nutcracker excerpts by some of HBT’s professional dancers.

Hudson Ballet Theatre is thrilled to launch Behind the Curtain, The Nutcracker, the first workshop in a new series! Students ages 5–18 are invited to enjoy this FREE opportunity to collaborate, create, and dance with HBT’s professional artists. No prior dance experience is required!

This inaugural workshop will guide students in crafting original movement inspired by music from the classic ballet The Nutcracker. Participants will explore narrative, musicality, and personal expression as they develop their own choreography.
