Presented by Public Art Reston and Reston Town Center, ChalkFest at Reston Town Center features unique chalk drawings by professional artists, amateur artists, businesses, families, and kids of all ages. Prizes are award to professional artists, amateur artists, families and kids. There are “Audience Choice Awards” given as well.
