Smithsonian Associates Discovery Theatre presents an original performance retelling the stories of Matthew Henson, the African-American, co-discoverer of the North Pole, and Barbara Hillary, the first African-American woman to reach the North Pole, as well as many other African-American explorers and adventurers.
