At the B&O, select Sundays are dedicated to Sensory Awareness. These days feature environmental accommodations—such as no music, low lighting, quiet areas, and extra signage for sound effects—along with sensory-friendly activities like kids’ crafts, train rides, and tours. This June's theme is Under the Sea. We will be making Ocean Animal Masks and going on our "Environmental Impacts" tour. 

Guests also have access to helpful resources, including sensory kits, social stories, and a community table.
