Join a roving naturalist on a quest to find the elusive barred owl. Learn about owl adaptations, behavior, and role in the ecosystem beforehitting the trails to find them.

Even if we the are no owls found in the wild, you'll be able to meet Smoke, the nature center's resident Eastern Screech-owl, and learn about the smallest breeding owls in Northern Virginia.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Advance registration is required.

Masks and social distancing are required.
