The immersive, hands-on event merges art, nature, and science for an afternoon of fun (and education) for insect enthusiasts young and young at heart. Attendees can interact with live animals from the Insect Discovery Lab and meet a variety of arthropods from around the world.

Insects include the Australian Walking Stick, Hissing Cockroach, and fan-favorite Giant African Millipede! Kids can make insect-inspired art guided by local artists Zoe Farmer and Jennifer Zee, as well as get their faces painted, and (for a gastronomic experience) taste 3-Star Michelin Guide mealworm chocolate chip cookies.
