Santa visits with children who have special needs at Philadelphia Mills. This environment allows children to feel comfortable during their visit with silenced in-mall music, stopped escalators located near the photo set, dimmed lights, and shut-down fountains.

Lines are eliminated by using a numbering system whereby guests approach the set when their number is called. Special activities geared toward the needs of the child are offered during the wait period to help the child understand what activities occur during the visit. Reservations are required and can be made online.
