This event for caregivers, toddlers, and kids-of-all-ages is all about celebrating the contributions of black Americans. Explore the country’s complicated racial history and what the word equality means, but also talk about what is uniquely special and beautiful about being a black American. All through music that has been gifted to us by our countless talented black musicians!
This is a pay-what-you-will event and the proceeds will go to the wonderful black women who are facilitating the event - Miss Fawz in Philly and Miss Jasmine (a dear friend of Miss Ashley) in Atlanta. All families are welcome but please register for this event so we know if we need to add additional dates/times.
