Chester County Parks and Preservation welcomes visitors to Hibernia Park to plant milkweed which directly help in aiding in the decline of the monarch population. The use of pesticides and loss of habitat have impacted milkweed plants which, in turn, have lead to the decline in the monarch population.

Space is limited so it is important to register in advance online.
