Celebrate Black History Month by visiting Leaders and Legends at Smith Memorial Playground. This second annual front-lawn exhibition features images of African American hometown heroes along with educational displays about each individual's life and community contributions. 

Among the honorees are John Chaney, Joan Myers Brown, Otis Hackney, and Robert Bogle. Leaders and Legends is on view through Feb 28.
