Cabrini University holds its inaugural Juneteenth celebration, a family-friendly event including reenactments, African drumming and dance performances, poetry, cultural artifacts, face-painting, vendors, lawn games, raffles prizes, and great food.

This year’s theme is represented by the Sankofa bird, a West African adinkra symbol, which means, “Reaching Back to Move Forward.” In recognition of Father’s Day, the event honors the legacy of African American fathers. Register in advance here.
