The outdoor stage at the Faith and Liberty Discovery Center plaza features free performance of historical theater. Visitors can expect to see The State of Ben and George with Leonard Dozier as Ben Franklin and Denver Andre Taylor as George Whitefield.

The tale reveals the disagreements between these two which divided them but the friendship that was created. The performance is a new short-form play written by Randy and based on the lives and friendship of two young American men, Ben Franklin and George Whitefield. 

Showtimes are at 11:30 am and 2 pm every Friday and Saturday in May. 

Museum hours are as follows:
Monday, Thursday – Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm
Memorial Day – Labor Day: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Closed: Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day
