“Flourish this Fall” by joining SPEAK for an afternoon of Eastern and Western health and wellness practices on November 1 from 1-5pm at Ardsley Middle School gym. Listen, learn and practice helpful tips that will give you a little health boost and bring you relaxation. Planned activities include yoga, acupuncture, Qi Gong, local resources, and more.

Enjoy Asian snacks and a wellness-related raffle, including prizes such as a giftcard to Ritual Yoga in Ossining, Korean face masks, and the Asian American Teen's Mental Health Workbook!
