On select Saturday afternoons throughout the school year, children 7 years old and older are invited to come upstairs to the Discovery Room for a chance to talk with an AMNH scientist as they share their passion for science and fascinating findings with you.

June 1: Dagmawit “Dag” Getahun, a biological anthropology PhD candidate at the Graduate Center, CUNY, shares an exploration of the evolutionary history of monkeys from Africa and Asia and how the study of these terrestrial primates might lead to insights about our own evolution.

Sessions at 2:15pm, 3pm, and 3:45pm.

Space is limited and tickets are distributed at the Discovery Room on a first-come, first-served basis.
