Journey through art at home with the experienced teen staff in daily online talks designed for children ages 5–10. During these 30-minute lessons, kids will learn about works of art at the Museum and the stories that connect them, explore art materials, and engage in fun activities at home.

Five different sessions are offered:

  • Go Figure!: Enter the realm of multiple dimensions and learn how artists manipulate materials to bring them to life.
  • Shades of Change: Witness how art can be used to create change and fight for justice.
  • Egypt: Journey to Kemet: Explore ancient Egyptian art and its impact on the African continent and around the world.
  • Earth in Crisis: Get inspired by artists that engage with environmental activism, and see how Earth's natural resources appear in art.
  • Roots and Routes: Unearth the origin stories of artworks and their mysterious journeys to the Brooklyn Museum.

Talks are offered live on Zoom Monday through Thursday at 2pm Eastern, 1pm Central and 11a Pacific

To join in, just reserve your spot by 12 pm each day, and you’ll receive a Zoom link one hour before the session.
