Bill Gordh returns to NYC's Sugar Hill Museum with banjo in hand to offer another program of interactive folktales from around the world.

Feegbah, the Pumpkin. In this West African folktale, a little boy finds a pointy stick and starts poking everything. The big pumpkin doesn’t like it and starts chasing him!
Tomorrow Monkeys (Brazil). A folktale about monkeys who just keep playing, though each night they decide that the next day they will build a house. This is retold with gestures that the children can join in and thus help tell the tale.
Tree with a Door in It (Original). A Story/Game Song that gets the children moving
Raven Brings back the Sun (Innuit). An arctic tale of the trickster Raven on a quest to bring back the sun, moon and stars that were stolen by an evil wizard.
The Octopus (A Japanese Drawing Story). A drawing of a series of short songs become an Octopus.
Half a Blanket (Mexico) Parents learn from the compassion of their daughter about taking care of her grandfather.
