Mostly Mozart
- see all dates
Lincoln Center’s Mostly Mozart Festival is re-imagined as a week-long multimedia festival that celebrates Mozart’s prodigious talent along with conversations on some of the most urgent social issues of our time.
The Festival invites a new generation of audiences to experience the joys of classical music.
Throughout the seven-day festival, WQXR’s regular programming is interlaced with different features, artist interviews, and music each hour, all celebrating Mozart’s enduring influence across genres and fields.
Each evening, WQXR’s Terrance McKnight presents the day’s featured archival concert broadcast, or radio special. 8pm Eastern, 7pm Central, 5pm Pacific
Then, Helga Davis (host of the show Helga) presents A Little Night Music, an additional set of more intimate concerts inspired by the popular Mostly Mozart late-night series. 11pm Eastern, 10pm Central, 8pm Pacific
Those in the NYC area can listen on 105.9FM; the broadcast can also be heard online at the WQXR website.
