Madison Avenue is celebrating the Lunar New Year with a centuries-old tradition -- installing a traditional wishing tree on the street.

Passersby can pin a ribbon on the tree with their wish to receive a traditional red envelope with a gift certificate from participating retailers. One lucky winner will receive a red envelope containing a $488 cash prize.
