Gotham Gymnastics is hosting free, daily online gymnastics training via Instagram Live for every gymnast in the world who wants to join in. The "Quaranteam" workouts focus on strength, flexibility, yoga and balance plus lectures geared towards gymnasts of all ages and levels.

All levels are welcome, but the workouts are fairly advanced.
