The Fort Tryon Park Trust and experts from the Alley Pond Environmental Center answer burning questions like: How do mammals feed their young? Can touching toads give you warts? How have animals adapted to living in their environments?

This interactive lesson offers observation and handling of live animals to help participants understand animal classifications (mammal, bird, reptile). The program focuses on habitat, diet, texture, and movement while also addressing predator/prey relationships and animal adaptations

Space is limited and advance registration is required.
