Greenlight Bookstore's Lefferts Garden location and its original Fort Greene location both hold regular and very special Satuday storytimes for kids, with books read by their authors. Sometimes there's music, too!

Greenlight takes part in the 5th annual Independent Bookstore Day, a party in bookstores all over the country. This year, the gang from Sesame Street have their own reason to celebrate: it’s the 50-year anniversary of the groundbreaking TV show. Stop by any time during the day on Saturday for some fun Sesame Street activities for kids, including stickers, puzzles, photo ops, and the chance to make your own Sesame Street book.
