Noguchi Educator Yali Romagoza leads a movement and poetry workshop inspired by the practice of shinrin-yoku, or the Japanese art of forest bathing, to connect with the natural environment and release trauma.

Advance registration is required.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All participants will be given a free pass to visit The Noguchi Museum after the program.
