Enjoy car free public open space and support the businesses on Montague Street during Open Streets on Montague. Visit the 700 sq-ft field full of brightly painted 6-foot-tall flowers, created mostly with upcycled materials and found objects
Special Events Schedule:
May 27, 12pm-5pm:
Stop by for Interactive and imaginative games for kids ages 6+, including simplified D&D, fort-building, sword-fighting (with foam weapons), and LARP (Live Action Role Play) games.
1pm-3pm:
Super Soccer Stars show kids under 5 how to score goals, dribble and zig-zag.
June 10, 12pm-5pm
Kids Corner at Hicks Street offers giant games, chalk street drawing, super soccer stars and a hype dance party (2-3PM)
June 24, 1pm-2pm
Youth band Jaw performs a set of covers and original rock tunes at the corner of Henry and Hicks.
1pm-3pm:
Super Soccer Stars cater to kids under 5
2:30pm-3pm
ZCO puts on an inspirational dance performance at the corner of Henry and Hicks.
3pm-5pm
The Morriania Band Project performs.
4pm:
Stop by for story time with Mallory Schloss. Mallory reads Let’s Move and Groove!, an interactive story that encourages children ages 2-5 to dance around, act silly, and practice foundational skills like counting and the ABCs. Tattoos, coloring books and more.
The car-free blocks run from Clinton, Henry to Hicks.
