Danielle Moore from the Herbal Underground Collective and Sam Lewis, OSH Director of Gardens, lead an evening of full moon medicine making in the OSH gardens.

The featured concoction is a Monarda (Bee Balm) Oxymel, an ancient medicinal preparation using honey and apple cider vinegar that supports respiratory function, soothes a cough or sore throat, and is tasty enough for culinary use! Participants learn how to harvest and prepare their own oxymel .

Participants leave with 8 oz of oxymel.
