This event has been canceled due to the impending snowstorm.Join the LIC Partnership for its first Lunar New Year Celebration. The Wan Chi Ming Hung Gar Lion Dance Team performs on Jackson Avenue between Queens Plaza and Court Square Park. In addition, local businesses lend their talent to an afternoon of festive fun to usher in the Year of the Tiger.

Community activities are sponsored by Materials for the Arts, the New York Chinese Cultural Center, Playday LIC, and Tiger J Taekwondo. All activities take place in Court Square Park from 1pm-3pm.
