Age: 13 and up
Price: $55/person

Get ready to get sticky! Particiants in this hands-on program jar their own honey under the guidance of Queens Farm's Beekeeper.
With guided instruction, see, touch, and lift a super (box) full of honey, learn to use extracting tools to uncap a frame of honey, hand crank the honey extractor, and fill your own jar with freshly extracted and filtered honey to take home from the farm's apiary.
Refreshments are provided while the filtration process goes to work and you'll learn some valuable beekeeping tips and tricks from the farm's experienced instructor and resident beekeeper.
