Halloween Block Party and Costume Celebration

Sat Oct 30, 2021
12:00pm to 4:00pm ET
All ages

Put on your favorite costume (and mask!) and join Children's Museum of the Arts for an afternoon of outdoor family-friendly art-making.

Ghosts, ghouls, witches, and warlocks (and their equally spooky caregivers!) have the incredible opportunity to assist CMA's Artist-Educators in Residence in creating art for CMA's float in the Village Halloween Parade the following day — Halloween!

Activities include:

  • Haunted House Monoprinting
  • Spooky Tree Ornaments
  • Monumental Origami
  • DIY Tombstones
  • Magic Wand
  • Making Werewolf Scratch Art
  • plus a Costume Catwalk!

Opt for an early access ticket beginning at 11am to enjoy the festivities with a limited number of attendees – perfect for families with small children, grandparents, or those with health conditions.

Mask and Vaccination Policy: Proof of full vaccination for attendees over the age of 12 are required. Masks are encouraged for attendees over the age of 2.
