Introduce your little ones to the many sights, sounds, smells, and feels of nature as you explore Van Cortlandt Park using your senses! A reading of Susan Larkin's All the Ways I Love You is followed by a bouquet-making workshop using natural materials kids collect on an easy trail hike.

This hike is ideal for 2-6 year olds and their adult(s), and is led by a Van Cortlandt Park Alliance educator. The easy hike includes a hands-on activity and goody bags for all participants (even parents!). Tickets must be purchased for everyone participating. Space is limited.

Please note: Outdoor programs are offered with limited attendance so that you can have a safe and enjoyable time in parks. Based on New York State guidance for sports and recreation during COVID-19, protocols are in place to keep participants and staff safe and healthy:

• Stay home if you're sick
• Maintain six feet of physical distance between households
• Wear a face covering
• Wash your hands

Additionally, participants are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer to park programs.
