An Orange in January
Learn about the journey of an orange from the tree to your lunchbox while reading An Orange in January by Dianna Hutts Aston. Then, taste some juicy oranges and other orange foods, observe an orange animal guest, do a STEM activity using candy orange slices, and create a collage using all orange materials.
Participants are required to wear masks for the entire program. Proof of vaccination is required for anyone 5 and up.
Space is very limited. Register in advance.
Note: While we are trying to promote safer activities that occur outdoors or with social distancing guidelines in place, please keep your family and others safe by always wearing a mask and maintaining an appropriate distance. If you arrive at an event that appears too crowded, try using the “nearby” search feature on our event calendar to find something else to do.
